• Assist in preparing ingredients (e.g., chopping vegetables, marinating meats, etc.) for Chinese dishes.
• Help with basic cooking tasks as directed by the chef.
• Ensure the kitchen area and equipment are clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, meats, and other food items.
• Ensure all cooking stations are stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Assist in plating and garnishing dishes when required.
• Help with dishwashing and cleaning kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and 5S practices.
