Job Requirements:
Customer Acquisition
- Market research to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Strategise and plan activities to improve parent engagement, centre awareness and leads generation and conversion
Customer Relationship Management
- Proactively develop and maintain good rapport and communication with parents, team members and key stakeholders to ensure best service delivery and outcomes
- Manage enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Management of Administrative Matters
- Ensure timey fee payments and follow up on fees arrears
- Oversee centre's resources inventory
- Attend all staff meetings as requested
- Collaborate with Early Intervention Teachers, Therapists, Psychologists and Allied Care HQ to establish policies and procedures for Centre operations
- Complete appropriate paperwork to comply with insurance and reimbursement guidelines, ensures compliance with standards, laws and regulations as directed by regulatory and accrediting organisations
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Manpower Management and Logistics Planning
- Manage the daily operations of the Centre in accordance to standards set
- Manage staff scheduling and tracking of staff movements (e.g. leave applications) to ensure smooth operation of centre
- Supervise team members and
Management Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of key reports
Training and Development
- Train and develop team members to ensure they can perform their duties
- Provide regular feedback and conduct appraisals to ensure the professional and personal development of team members
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must at least possess a basic Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven personality and target oriented
- Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
- Passionate about impacting young lives
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting will be an advantage
- Able to work on weekends
