• Basic: $8,000 - $10,000
• Bonus: KPI Bonus Program
• Working Days: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Location: Orchard

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, and revenue recognition.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business strategy.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance with regulatory requirements, and risk management.
• Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
• Provide financial guidance and business analysis to senior management and owners.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate financial records, contracts, leases, and compliance documentation.
• Manage tax, insurance, and legal compliance for the business.
• Oversee procurement procedures, ensuring cost efficiency and budget adherence.
• Lead and develop the finance team through training, hiring, and performance management.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Expertise in financial risk assessment, cost control, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, compliance regulations, and financial policies.
