Salary: $3,200 - $3,500 (Based on Skills & Experience)
Location: Mandai
⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rest Days: 6 days off per month
Annual Leave: 12 days

Your Role:

✔️ Master the art of Japanese pastry-making, crafting beautifully refined cakes, pastries, and bread.
✔️ Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation to uphold our high-quality standards.
✔️ Manage ingredients, monitor freshness, and coordinate supply orders.
✔️ Maintain a spotless workstation and adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations.
✔️ Collaborate with the team to develop innovative creations while refining classic recipes.
✔️ Operate and maintain baking equipment for seamless production.
✔️ Conduct rigorous quality checks to maintain our reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in baking, pastry-making, or a related field.
Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety.
