Responsibility:
To be qualified, you need to be:
- Budgeting and Planning: Oversee the preparation and forecasting of budgets in collaboration with various business units. Monitor monthly performance to ensure alignment with year-end targets, making adjustments as necessary.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Utilize your expertise in financial modeling, financial statements, and business metrics. Conduct monthly updates and financial reviews with company leaders, providing both high-level analysis and detailed insights. Collaborate with business teams to leverage market insights and prepare presentations for the Board of Directors.
- Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and continuously refine 5-year financial models to evaluate business opportunities, new markets, and strategic initiatives. Work closely with the commercial team to build pricing models.
- Fundraising: Manage the entire deal lifecycle, including deal workflow, due diligence coordination, and stakeholder communication. Assist in preparing presentation decks, attending investor calls and meetings, and coordinating with advisors and due diligence providers.
- System Implementation: Lead the implementation of regional budgeting systems, optimizing financial processes to ensure seamless financial management.
To be qualified, you need to be:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
- Master of Science in Business Analytics.
- Professional accounting certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, particularly in FP&A, including end-to-end forecasting/budgeting cycles and group-level consolidations.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a strong understanding of finance and accounting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute processes while collaborating with diverse and/or remote stakeholders. Capable of independently leading projects and driving progress.
- Strong commercial acumen and agility in understanding key business drivers. Excellent at creating presentations with compelling narratives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in accounting/financial reporting.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
