Job responsibilities

1. To answer telephone queries

2. To register for patients at the Outpatient Clinic

3. To collect payment, submit & follow up claim

4. To update's Patient's records and ensure they are in chronological order

5. To counter check bills, generate collective invoices and follow up bad debts

6. To prepare statistics

7. To cover medical records duties when needed

8. To perform any other duties as assigned

The requirement of the position:

1. Minimum Diploma holder
