Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Generate new sales opportunities through various prospecting channels.
- Assist clients with professional event planning, menu selection, and packaging tailored to their needs.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and catering schedules ahead of deadlines.
- Ensure all documentation for catering and conference events is accurately maintained.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing feedback and concerns efficiently.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies.Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the F&B, catering, or hospitality industry.
- Entry-level candidates with a passion for food are welcome to apply.
- Strong enthusiasm for F&B, customer service, and sales.
- Knowledgeable about F&B trends and industry best practices.
