Job Description:

1. Familiar with various professional knowledge (mechanical and electrical, lighting, HVAC, interior architectural design, drawing review, solving on-site construction problems, etc.)

2. Familiar with the project progress process. Understand the order of coordination between the work in each stage and make a time plan for real-time follow-up.

3. Coordinates and resolves problems that arise between multiple parties, including owners, management companies, and external professionals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

4. Able to help team members quickly solve the scheme or professional technology and project management docking problems encountered in the work.

5. Able to lead by example with a positive attitude at work, solve problems encountered in the work, and assist the design director to actively manage the affairs of the group.

6. Familiar with the standards of various hotel brands Able to undertake the project management of four normal projects at the same time, coordinate the work between various professions, and report to the owner independently;

Requirements:

• Experience in the implementation of more than 5 projects, two of which are independently responsible, 3 are coordinated, and 1 is responsible for completing excellent works.
• Able to gain the trust of the owner and management company through professional ability in the docking of design work, and strive for more project resources.
• Able to maintain long-term cooperation with more than two management companies or owners
