• Basic Salary: $2500 - $3000
• 5 Working Day: Mon - Fri
• Office Hour: 9am to 6pm (3 Months later change to rotating shift)
• Location: Tampines (7 bus stop from Tampines MRT)
• Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols, report hazards, and participate in safety initiatives.
• Inspect components and assemblies to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Assemble and test mechanical, electrical, and electronic components based on technical instructions.
• Perform wiring, soldering, and cable management, ensuring high-quality connections. Calibrate and test robotic systems and components to meet performance standards.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or software issues during assembly and testing.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and system commissioning. Maintain accurate records of processes, test results, and modifications.
• Manage inventory levels, report shortages, and ensure tools and equipment are well- maintained and calibrated.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace by following 5S principles.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve challenges.
• Stay updated on new techniques, tools, and technologies.
• Support lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and other improvement initiatives. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
