Responsibilities :
Requirements :
- Food preparation before the start of the operation.
- Pulling and fitting of dough before conditional for proofing.
- Cashiering (ensure billing accuracy) and taking orders.
- Crafting of pizza based on incoming orders.
- Defrost dough to be prepared for next day service.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment used.
- Stock taking and ordering of stocks to ensure sufficient stock.
- Perform First In First Out (FIFO).
Requirements :
- Maintain good grooming standards, be service oriented, and provide good customer service.
- Willing to learn, good attitude and positive thinking.
- At least 1 year of F&B experience will be preferred (no experience is welcome to apply).
