Job Requirement
- Explore, build and develop new and existing community partnership and develop, plan and execute the strategy for programmes and events to raise awareness and promote the Charity's cause.
- Explore, develop and execute outreach programmes to engage beneficiaries, donors, corporates, communities, government agencies to promote the work of the charity, secure sponsorships and donations to fund it's cause.
- Explore, analyse and evaluate potential new projects.
- Support the Management in other duties when required
Grant Writing and Management
- Identify and research potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
- Prepare, write, and submit grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding requirements and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain a grants calendar to track application deadlines, reporting requirements, and renewal opportunities.
- Manage grant reporting, ensuring compliance with funder requirements, including budget tracking and program impact documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and data for grant applications and reporting.
- Build relationships with grant-making organizations and funding partners to enhance opportunities for securing funding.
Event Management
- Plan and execute charity's signature events or ad-hoc CSR events.
- Preparing of all events-related communication materials.
- Support Event(s) Management and operations.
Others
- Support any other ad-hoc duties assigned by CEO
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma or relevant field of study
- 1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries
- Willingness to learn, to be able to render assistance and support, problem solve and execute
- Positive attitude
- Able to multi-task and coordinate well with multiple vendors and departments
