Valet Operator (Night Shift)

Working Hours: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Night Shift) 6 days work week.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive to oversee and coordinate our valet team of 15 people. The ideal candidate must be a team player with excellent communication and leadership skills. This role requires fluency in English and Chinese and will involve managing customer interactions, scheduling valet services, and ensuring smooth daily operations-all from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Coordination: Supervise, manage, and support a team of 15 valet drivers, ensuring efficient deployment based on customer requests.
• Customer Service: Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages from customers, coordinating valet services in a professional and timely manner.
• Scheduling & Logistics: Plan and adjust team schedules based on demand, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or operational issues promptly.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, attendance, and customer feedback to maintain service excellence.
• Reporting: Provide daily operational reports and updates to management.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 years of experience in operations, customer service, or logistics management or have the attitude to learn.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using WhatsApp, Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong Leadership: Ability to manage, motivate, and coordinate a team remotely.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking and resourceful in handling customer requests and unforeseen challenges.
• Work from Home Setup: Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
