Job Description

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the building, equipment, and utilities.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all systems.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors.
  • Ensure the shop floor, storage areas, and customer spaces are clean and well-organized.
  • Respond to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues promptly.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager, Maintenance Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety regulations.
  • Experience in managing maintenance staff and external service providers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and infrastructure issues.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
