Job Description
Requirements:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the building, equipment, and utilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all systems.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors.
- Ensure the shop floor, storage areas, and customer spaces are clean and well-organized.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager, Maintenance Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety regulations.
- Experience in managing maintenance staff and external service providers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and infrastructure issues.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
