Ramen Nagi is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. As a renowned ramen restaurant, we take pride in delivering authentic flavors and exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff management, cost control, and ensuring the highest standards of service and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and service, ensuring consistency in our signature ramen dishes.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, food safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Cost Control

  • Drive sales and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Implement inventory and purchasing controls to minimize wastage and discrepancies.
  • Analyze sales trends and adjust pricing or menu strategies accordingly.

People Management & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Develop work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels without overstaffing.
  • Foster a positive work culture and promote teamwork among employees.
  • Enforce company policies and take appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee growth.

Customer Service & Experience

  • Maintain excellent customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Train staff on effective customer interaction and complaint resolution.
  • Monitor and address customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Create a welcoming and engaging dining experience for all guests.

Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
  • Manage restaurant documentation, including payroll, inventory, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align restaurant operations with business goals.
  • Handle any other duties assigned by the employer as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and industry trends.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and cost control.
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
