• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies focused on driving user acquisition and revenue growth within the Southeast Asian market.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and competitive dynamics across various SEA countries.
• Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, search engine marketing, and display networks.
• Analyze campaign performance and key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, and customer acquisition costs) to derive insights and refine strategies for optimal ROI.
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft culturally relevant and compelling advertising content tailored to the diverse SEA audience.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging platforms, ensuring the use of innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Report on campaign performance and progress toward meeting key marketing KPIs.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the gaming industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think logically and strategically.
• A robust network and knowledge of top gaming products in the Southeast Asian market.
• Established relationships with local resources, channels, brands, government bodies, and media within the SEA region.
• Willingness to travel frequently and meet residency requirements as necessary.
