Key Responsibilities:
- Find suppliers, negotiate prices, and place orders for goods and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Monitor procurement budgets, look for cost-saving opportunities, and analyze pricing trends.
- Work with teams to ensure inventory levels are balanced and items are delivered on time.
- Ensure all purchases follow company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to meet procurement needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-4 years in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and procurement software.
- Regular office hours
