We are looking for a Head Baker cum Trainee Manager to lead our bakery team and drive business growth. This role requires strong baking expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage production efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bakery production and ensure quality consistency.
• Lead recipe development, R&D, and new product innovations.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination.
• Handle events, wholesale, and corporate orders efficiently.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the bakery.
• Assist in marketing campaigns to promote bakery products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve staff and customer concerns professionally.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of baking experience in bread and pastry production.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Creativity and innovation in developing new menu items.
• Willingness to work mornings, weekends, and split shifts.

• 6 days work, 1 day rest
