Job Description
Job Requirement
- Supervise the various meetings and performance management outcomes of the Singapore Private Wealth Management Center, and prepare the annual revenue and expense budget.
- Implement self-assessments for the Singapore Private Wealth Management Center to ensure operational quality.
- Establish the necessary policies and procedures for the Singapore Private Wealth Management Center to guide front-line staff.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination while collaborating with headquarters to achieve various objectives.
- Manage the system requirements for the Singapore Private Wealth Management Center to ensure they meet practical operational needs.
- Assist in promoting and executing credit-related business for the Singapore Private Wealth Management Center.
Job Requirement
- Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Project management 10-15 years experiences, especially in overseas wealth management business model is preferred
- In depth knowledge of PB platform (front, middle, and back office) regarding account opening, daily PB operation, investment product, order placing, settlement and custodian, and credit service requirements in Private Banking
- Good communication and organization skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders in Taiwan.
