Role:

Assistant Retail Store Manager (Island wide / Fashion)

• Location: Island wide branch (Urgent for City Square Mall / Jurong Point / Vivo City)
• Salary: Basic: $2300+ Commission based on store sales (non-fixed), after confirmation $2500
• Working days and hours: 5 days per week 2 days off (44 hours per weeks, shift work)

Job Requirements:

At least Diploma or 3 years supervisor experience in fashion retails

Minimum 2 years of retail management experience

Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job scope:

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising

Train, supervise, and motivate sales associates to meet performance targets

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels
