Job Description:

• Accountable for guiding the strategic direction, governance, and professional standards of Social Work Services throughout the organization.
• Guide the strategic direction of Social Work Services, ensuring alignment with organization's healthcare strategy, national social work policies, and the Ministry of Health's (MOH) community care priorities.
• Develop strong clinical pathways and referral systems to enhance the role of Social Work in palliative care, geriatric care, psychosocial support, and end-of-life planning.
• Manage manpower planning and resource distribution for Social Work Services, ensuring adequate staffing levels throughout the organization.
• Administer the budget and resource distribution for Social Work Services, ensuring cost-efficiency and financial sustainability.

Requirement:

• Minimum a degree in Social Work
• Accredited and registered with Singapore Association of Social Worker
