MAAD Creatives is a boutique graphic design agency with an eye for memorable visuals across the F&B and consumer retail industries, and sometimes wanders into the banking, healthcare, and hospitality worlds (check our website for proof!).

We're now scouting for an experienced Project Management Senior Executive / Manager to be the awesome bridge between our in-house creative geniuses and our clients, ensuring projects run smoothly, timelines are met, and everyone stays inspired and informed!

What you'd be doing:

Client Whisperer: Own all client-facing communications - from timelines to email liaisons to having video and in-person meetings to discuss projects - with confidence and finesse. And also confident and tactful to re-align realistic deadlines with difficult clients.

Project Juggler: Manage and drive different project comms and coordination to deliver work in adherence to planned timelines.

Creative Brief Guru: Write concise briefs that leave little to no room for ambiguity, plan realistic timelines, and align resources through informed decision-making.

Client Confidence Builder: Handle feedback, understand client needs, and become their go-to partner for counsel and support.

✍️ Content Creator: Able to independently produce innovative and engaging content on demand for both client projects and the agency's internal initiatives.

Opportunity Spotter / Business Development: Resourceful and driven to help secure new project opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Who we're looking for:

⭐ Credentials - a background in Marketing / Visual Communications / Graphic Design.

⭐ Experience (Senior Executive) - Minimally 2 years solid experience as an account servicing executive in a design / creative studio environment would be necessary for you to keep up with this role.

⭐ Experience (Manager) - Minimally 3 years as an account servicing senior executive / manager in a design / creative studio environment would be necessary for you to keep up with this role.

⭐ Competent Communication Skills - You have competent English proficiency and the ability to convey ideas clearly, whether in writing, speaking, or presenting. You're a pro at building rapport, navigating tough conversations, and turning complex briefs into actionable magic.

⭐ Calm Under Pressure - This role is not for the faint-hearted! You're not daunted by a fast-paced environment and zen enough to deal with client whims even when they ruffle your organised feathers.

⭐ Self-Starter - You are self-motivated and driven enough to initiate new ideas / change up failing plans / plan 3 steps ahead.

⭐ Focussed - You are not a YES-to-everything person and knows when to be affirmative to stay focussed and task-oriented.

⭐ Forward Thinking - Stays ahead of current trends and the ever-evolving design landscape, ensuring our ideas and executions remain fresh and forward-thinking (not dated).

⭐ Detail-Driven - No detail is too small to ensure perfection.

⭐ Fun - You're happy with the occasional playful distractions from the studio's 35kg playful dog and feisty 13-year-old cat. fyi they roam around the office throughout the day!
