Work generally comprises:
  1. Communicating and liaising with customers, including but not limited to arranging for collection/delivery of jobs, checking and processing of documentation, billing and payment
  2. Arranging and liaising with logistics/drivers on daily job collection and delivery schedules
  3. Generating and issuing documentation, including but not limited to job cards, delivery orders, tax invoices, ageing, statement of accounts, furnace sales and records
  4. Liaising and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth flow of work, including but not limited to checking and processing of documentation, issuance of job cards, audits
  5. Answering the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  6. Assisting in office management and organization procedures
  7. Monitoring inventory of office supplies and report when there are shortages
  8. Maintaining proper and updated documentation and records
  9. Other related duties as required to support the business needs

5-day work week

Able to multi-task and speak English and Mandarin many of our customers are Mandarin-speaking.
