HITECH HEAT TREATMENT SERVICES PTE LTD
Work generally comprises:
5-day work week
Able to multi-task and speak English and Mandarin many of our customers are Mandarin-speaking.
- Communicating and liaising with customers, including but not limited to arranging for collection/delivery of jobs, checking and processing of documentation, billing and payment
- Arranging and liaising with logistics/drivers on daily job collection and delivery schedules
- Generating and issuing documentation, including but not limited to job cards, delivery orders, tax invoices, ageing, statement of accounts, furnace sales and records
- Liaising and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth flow of work, including but not limited to checking and processing of documentation, issuance of job cards, audits
- Answering the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Assisting in office management and organization procedures
- Monitoring inventory of office supplies and report when there are shortages
- Maintaining proper and updated documentation and records
- Other related duties as required to support the business needs
