Job Description:
• Conduct outbound calls to existing Singtel customers for contract renewals, upselling of Singtel services.
• Explain available Singtel corporate plans, promotions, and upgrade options.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain and update sales reports on a weekly basis
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful contract processing.
• Stay updated on Singtel products, services, and promotions.
• Adhere to company policies and telemarketing best practices.
• Build good customer experiences by ensuring quick turnaround time
Liaise with Singtel internal departments to ensure timely and smooth provisioning of service.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresher or Junior Level (less than 2 years of professional experience)
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
• Previous experience or knowledge in in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Meticulous and able to works with minimal supervision
