Office Administrator (Sales & Accounts Support)

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales order process, including preparing quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and statements of account.
  • Maintain and update the customer database for accurate record-keeping.
  • Generate and issue invoices in a timely manner.
  • Handle work permit applications and dormitory arrangements for foreign employees.
  • Process monthly payroll calculations and manage claims reimbursement.
  • Monitor and track payments for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly vendor payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assess vendors based on pricing and service quality, maintaining an organized vendor database.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff to monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.

Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in office administration and accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in the construction industry, particularly in Windows & Doors, is a plus.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
