Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain workplace safety and health (WSH) standards and ensure compliance.
- Develop and execute WSH plans and policies effectively.
- Assess tools, equipment, and processes for safety and compliance.
- Encourage employee participation and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.
- Investigate workplace incidents and enforce corrective actions.
- Conduct activities to promote WSH awareness among employees.
- Report to the Safety Officer and assist with assigned responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety or a related discipline.
- Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
- At least 3 years of experience in the WSH field, ideally in the construction sector.
- Ability to provide hands-on support at job sites and take a strategic approach to enhance EHS performance.
- Strong collaboration and team-working skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and dynamic with a passion for safety initiatives.
