JOB SUMMARY
As a Company Secretary (Singapore) at Adept, you will play a key role in helping businesses establish & maintain corporate secretarial compliance.
You will work closely with our team in company incorporation services, ensuring seamless setup and full compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
This role is ideal for a practicing corporate secretarial professionalwith 2 to 6 years of experience in corporate secretarial services. You are not required to serve as a local director for any companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Demonstrate accountability, self-driven, meticulous, meet tight deadlines and organised with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Positive work attitude with strong initiative and a team player
• Well organised and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Corporate Secretarial Services: Providing of corporate secretarial services and supervises the handling of full set of company secretarial documents to a range of clients
• Assist with Employment Pass (EP), Dependant Pass (DP), and Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) applications, where required
• Ensures the accurate maintenance of statutory records for clients and maintenance of records/information in systems and storage
• Oversee issuing of invoices and ensure payments are made
• Experience in funds (VCC, GP/LP) will be a plus
• Service: Responsible for ensuring that commitments to clients are met with the utmost professional standards
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all company incorporations adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements. Conduct periodic reviews of KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) information for existing relationships to keep profiles updated. Ensure compliance for both the company and its clients.
• Assist the Head of Corporate Secretarial in strategic planning, recruitment, and development of business unit performance
• Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Member of ICSA or MAICSA or pursuing ICSA with a minimum of 2 years in corporate secretarial practice from professional firms/CPA firm/law firm ;
• Experience in client servicing environment is preferred;
• Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and conversant with Companies Act and regulations of regulatory bodies of Singapore and/or Malaysia;
• Well-versed in ACRA Bizfile, E-stamping and MOM;
• Demonstrated ability to liaise with government agencies and other regulatory bodies;
• Intermediate knowledge of Teamwork, iFirm, CAS360 is preferred;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English with high level of integrity and discretion.

• Work from home, full time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Performance-based bonus of up to 2 months' salary
