What you'll be doing?
- Lead and Motivate: Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve business targets and excel in their roles.
- Strategic Planning: Define and implement the company's sales strategy, ensuring profitability and market growth.
- Forecast and Analyze: Develop insightful forecasts and strategies to optimize sales performance and pricing.
- Expand Customer Base: Work proactively to attract new clients and enhance the company's market presence.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong, lasting connections with clients and partners to drive business success.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Who are they looking for?
- Educational Background: A diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information and Communications Technology, or a related field.
