JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS
- Attend to customer inquiries and service calls via phone, email and Whatsapps messages
- Issue quotation, purchase order, delivery order, sales order & invoice from system
- Coordinate schedules for installation and service teams
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and reporting
- Any other related administrative duties as assigned by manager
- 5Days Work Week
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should possess 'N'/'O' level / Diploma / professional qualifications in any field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years' of working experience in general clerical/administrative duties/sales coordination/customer service related work.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced working environment.
- Able to manage stress and work independently.
- Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality.
- Prefer candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice.
- Singaporeans /PR / Malaysian are welcomes
- Basic salary depending on relevant work experiences and qualifications
- Training on in-house software program
