[Job Responsibilities]
As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our 50,000 sqf intelligent fulfillment warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
2. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track product movements, and implement stock control procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
3. Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff, including drivers, logistics coordinators, and other operational personnel. Ensure proper training and development, setting clear expectations and fostering teamwork.
4. Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products, efficient use of warehouse space, and compliance with shipping schedules.
5. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to warehouse workflows, processes, and technologies to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
6. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and key operational metrics to senior management. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.

[Job Requirements]
The ideal candidate for this role should be eager to learn, with a strong interest in logistics and supply chain management:

• Education: A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Fresh graduates or individuals with limited work experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics operations. Prior exposure to ERP systems and warehouse management software is a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Communication: Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and departments.
