Responsibilities:

• Conducting feasibility studies and market research to formulate strategy
• Conduct property valuations with financial modelling
• Monitoring market conditions and trends
• Developing good landlord/ tenant working relationships
• Marketing the Group's residential and commercial properties
• Negotiate with potential/existing tenants on new leases/renewals and follow through with lease documentation
• Liaising with agents, property consultants, government authorities
• Preparing annual budgets and handling property tax matters

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Real Estate Management or any related discipline.

• Minimum 2-4 years' experience, preferably in sales/leasing of residential and commercial properties.

• Good knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and lease documentation.

• Good presentation and communication skills.

• Well-organized and meticulous.

• Tactful and pleasant personality.
