Audio Visual Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Responsibility to manage the projects (Technical scope-AV) for multiple locations within a region
• Supervising all implementation, and maintenance of all audio-visual equipment within multiple locations in a region.
• Travel independently in a defined region routinely, or travel nationally as business needs dictate
• Work with multiple local and regional managers which will require working closely with the operations team.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to provide direction/support, streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall user experience
• Strong communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Audio/Visual Managers possess an understanding of audio, video, and control flow, Audio/Visual Managers should be familiar with all the leading AV equipment in the market and have a good connection with OEMs.
• AV knowledge and Excellent Managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Coordination with PMC, consultant, Main and Subcontractors
• Coordinate the AV procurements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in audio/visual engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in the audio/visual field
• Proficiency with multimedia software and digital audio/visual tools
• Familiarity with applicable safety and quality standards
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• ICT Knowledge is an added qualification.
Working Days
• 5.5 days per week
• Location: Onsite
• 21 days Annual Leaves per year
• 5 days Emergency leaves per year
• Child Subsidy Scheme: Employee discount - tuition & transport fee for kids studying in GIIS or any of its entities (based on school policy)
• Transport Facility provided across Singapore
