Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales & marketing strategies for valves & instrumentation measurement products.
• Source new business leads to expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key customers.
• Handle MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and allocated projects effectively.
• Visit potential customers to identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Market the company's capabilities to new and existing clients.
• Lead and oversee the sales and marketing team to achieve predetermined annual sales targets.
• Uphold and enhance the company's brand through advanced communication, interpersonal skills, and team collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water Treatment, or Pharmaceutical.
• Proven expertise in the valve, instrumentation, and automation industry.
• Well-versed with the Singapore customer base, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
• Solid technical knowledge of valves, instrumentation, and measurement systems, including installation, operation, and troubleshooting would be a plus.
• Established connections within industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Water Treatment for quicker onboarding and success.
• A strong knack for creativity, presentations, and initiative to thrive in a competitive environment.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Preferably possess own vehicle with valid driving license to enable travelling to clients' site to solicit sales.
