You are responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating the patient care activities and provides supervision, serving as the vital link between the vision of the organization and the unit-based delivery of effective, cost-efficient high quality patient care. You will supervise the nurses' clinical patient care activities and ensure that they uphold professional standards and code of ethics.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in nursing or its equivalent recognized by Singapore Nursing Board
• Valid APN practicing certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 1 year of work experience in an acute care tertiary hospital as Assistant Nurse Clinician
• Experience in ILTC setting is an advantage
• Valid BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Comfortable with shift work and open to deployment within 2 work sites under SingHealth Community Hospitals (Outram Community Hospital & Sengkang Community Hospital)
• Uniform required
