Responsibilities:

• Manage storage arrangement of finished goods & components in good and safe manners.
• Arrange daily inbound & outbound loadings and materials handling activities.
• Process of documentation for delivery, goods receiving, material handling, i.e Delivery Note, COA (Certificate of Assurance), Invoice and packing list, check list, labelling, packing, etc.
• Perform stock taking and inventory checks as and when required.
• Maintain/upkeep warehouse equipment.
• Assist Manager to supervise and manage warehouse team in daily warehousing operations to ensure warehouse activities are executed safely and effectively to achieve objectives, ie. ensure inventory accuracy, achieve DIFOT (deliver in full on time) and FIFO (first in first out), 5S standard.
• Monitoring of daily inbound and outbound stock movements and conduct investigations for any discrepancies.
• Execute safety and maintenance practices in compliance to OSHAS, 5S and ISO requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant studies
• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse experience in relevant field, preferably for manufacturing industry
• Possess valid Forklift License
