Location : Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities:

• Provide Leadership and mentorship to steer our tech team towards excellence
• Cybersecurity Management: Craft and implement cybersecurity policies to safeguard data and systems.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring compliance to industry standards and regulations.
• Provide Server and Endpoint Support such as server management,endpoint devices, from installation to maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Design and manage end-user support processes
• Oversee IT Inventory Management, keeping track of all hardware and software assets.
• Collaboration with various departments to understand their IT needs and deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in IT management, with a focus on cybersecurity and server management.
• Strong knowledge of CIS hardening practices and endpoint security solutions.
• Certifications such as CISSP, ITIL are a plus.
