Job summary:

We are looking for a talented Program manager to lead the integration of quantum technologies into classical HPC systems. The role involves bridging the gap between quantum hardware, software, and classical systems to ensure seamless operation and optimization of cutting-edge quantum solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams execute NSCC vision and strategy for supporting the National Quantum Computing Hub (NQCH).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own and manage project milestones and deliverables that NSCC are involved in on Quantum related projects.
• Oversee the facility construction for quantum computer
• Plan and monitor NSCC's budget and utilisation on quantum-related projects.
• Formulate an effective framework for execution of projects.
• Develop documentations for projects for future references.
• Work closely with Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) and Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC).
• Working with quantum computing vendors and ecosystem partners.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or relevant areas.
• Experience in Quantum computing preferred.
• Familiar with HPC system architecture.
• Experience with Cloud resources.
• Project management skills, such as PMP, preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Meticulous, resourceful and proactive.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with drive and independence.
