We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for the executive.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Coordinate and disseminate information to both internal and external parties.
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
• Assist with the preparation of business reports.
• Prepare and submit expense reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Communications or relevant fields. Experienced candidates without qualifications may be considered.
- Fresh graduates can be considered.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
- IT Savvy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure; strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Other Information:
- Office Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working hours 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Performance Bonus
- Job title and renumeration is based on education and experience
