Our Mighty Teachers work with a smaller than recommended group of preschoolers and perform the following responsibilities:

• Our mighty teachers will shower lots of care and concern for our little ones
• Our mighty teachers believe in empowering our little ones to be as independent as they can be
• Our mighty teachers believe in creating a positive and safe learning environment for our little ones
• Our mighty teachers believe in an inclusive learning environment and has a passion to work with children with special needs
• Our mighty teachers will use our comprehensive inquiry-based curriculum as a medium to develop our little one's love for learning and their thinking skills
• Our mighty teachers offer insights and advice to parents on caring for and educating our little ones
• Our mighty teachers work as a team with the other mighty staff to promote a caring and family oriented work environment

We are looking for a suitable candidate with the following attributes:

• Attained a Diploma in Pre-school Teaching or a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching
• Attained at least a B4 in GCE 'O' Levels English Language
• We value candidates with a genuine interest in working with young children and who strongly believes that young children learn through inquiry
