Job Description:

We are a law firm currently in the process of applying for a practice license in Singapore. We are looking to hire a qualified real estate lawyer to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is to manage real estate transactions and provide legal support related to property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of real estate transactions, including but not limited to residential and commercial property sales, leases, and acquisitions.
• Draft and review legal documents such as sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, and conveyancing documents.
• Provide legal advice to clients on property-related issues and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with clients, developers, and government agencies to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Conduct due diligence on properties and assist in property valuations.
• Ensure all legal processes comply with Singapore's property laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in property laws and market trends.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a qualified lawyer with a valid Singapore legal practice certificate.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in real estate law, with hands-on experience in property transactions, drafting legal documents, and client advisory.
• Strong understanding of the laws and regulations governing real estate transactions in Singapore.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to providing high-quality service to clients.
