Your Role & Responsibilities

-Perform finance-related tasks.

-Create invoices and manage billing processes.

-Prepare payroll.

-Monitor outstanding payments and follow up as needed.

-Handle vendor payments and operating expenses

-Prepare financial documents for the bookkeeper.

-Assist with minor HR-related tasks, such as processing expense claims.

Who We Are Looking For

✅ Degree Preffered.

✅ Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling financial data.

✅ At least one year of experience in an administrative or finance role.

✅ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
