- You are required to follow-up with clients on motor insurance enquires promptly
- To update database of customers particulars
- Ensure customers give all the related forms to process the insurance
- Processing of policy taken up with the agency
- Strong support to ensure good closing ratio
- Proper training will be provided to ensure high take up rate for New Business and
- Renewal
- Team work and support will be given to enhanced your learning curve
Requirements
- Customer centric, team player, strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Exposure in general insurance industry will be an added advantage but not a must
- Possess positive attitude and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Must be result and service oriented
- Must be willing to follow up closely with clients
- Minimum GCE 'O' level and above
- Possess BCP, PGI and CGI will have added advantage
