  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Interior Designers, Carpenters, Main/Sub contractors, Architects and Consultants
  • Understand customers' business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Prepare and submit samples for project tenders
  • Gather necessary projects information, create proposals and present them to potential clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customers and potential new customers to increase sales
  • Provide clients with professional advice on products and services, and offer alternative solutions that best meet customers' requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers' satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company interest
  • Collect market information on consumers and competitors in the high pressure laminates industry
  • Accomplish sales target and KPI individually and as a team
  • Prompt update of CRM and maintain accurate records in the system
  • B2B sales experience, preferably in a related or similar industry is an added advantage
  • Must possess own vehicle for site visits and meeting customers
  • Exposure in building material, interior products or relevant trade is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of project tendering and management processes
  • Able to work at Kranji area
