You will market insurance products to banking customers through outbound efforts and provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries. You will also take charge of achieving sales goals and finding new ways to grow your customer base with cross-selling and up-selling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence
• Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
• Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales.
• Sales driven and possess can-do attitude.
