* \tDocument control of submissions (Technical Data, sho-drawings, as built)\t

* \tMaintain records for changes and updates on drawings.\t

* \tDevelop shop drawing according to the schedule.\t

* \tProduce/Draw/Amend/Update drawings using BIM according to specs, co-ordinate with \t

* \tAble to independently create BIM model using Revit with high level of accuracy.\t

* \tAble to independently carry out clash analysis of all services and resolve the area of clashes.\t

* \tResponsible for BIM Project setup and Maintenance of BIM model.\t

* \tAble to independently create the necessary 3D BIM Revit libraries and families, etc.\t

* \tResponsible for generating COBie using Autodesk Revit.\t

* \tPrepare CAD drawings such as detailed plan, elevation, detail and section, isometric \t

\tdrawings, 3D drawings, single-line, double-line and schematic drawings.\t

* \tSketch and design the layout of MEP services and routings of MEP services with consideration \t

\tof space for maintenance and operation\t

* \tNeed to attend Coordination meeting whenever necessary.\t

* \tAd-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time\t
