Qualification & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar capacity for this position
- Preferred with qualified welding inspector in AWS or CSWIP or equivalent certificate
- Familiar knowledges on steel materials and welding processes
- With knowledges of NDT, destructive and testing methods
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to people of all levels
- Preferably possess own transport
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to QA/QC Manager
- Conduct inspection on welding / NDTs
- Inspection and organize quality works and specs with production, class surveyors and work closely with customers.
- Prepare quality records and reports on product / project after job completion
- Monitor ISO quality audit with Management Committee
- Prepare documentation for client's approval
- Responsible for inspection of incoming goods, final inspection before delivery.
- Responsible in report non-conformance product.
