Job Description

Operations and Training Delivery

• Coordinate and manage maintenance of training facilities and equipment

• Provide logistics and resources for training delivery and assessment

Manage Learning Administration

• Manage the learner registration process to ensure seamless learner journey and timely updates to learner database

• Monitor and track learner attendance

• Coordinate and manage the learner database management and other related administrative matters

Conduct Data Measurement and Analysis

• Provide monthly updates to management on learner feedback survey results

• Identify areas of improvement through data analysis and present challenges / solutions to management

Facilitate Training and Development

• Identify potential technologies and systems to support implementation of learning solutions

• Communicate with stakeholders to provide relevant updates, and document stakeholder feedback and queries

Assist to carry out outreach plans to individuals and corporate clients

Requirements
  • Relevant Diploma/Degree and/or previous job-related working experience
  • Motivated, goal-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly independent in performing job tasks required and able to exercise good judgment and discretion in managing situations
  • 8-hour work day (excluding 1-hour lunch break), 5-day work week
