- Manage and oversee e-commerce accounts across online marketplaces, ensuring optimal performance and growth
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign management
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to drive sales and enhance online presence
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitors, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and ensure compliance with platform guidelines
- Oversee customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms to ensure excellent customer experience
- Manage ad-hoc e-commerce projects and initiatives to support business objectives
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce account management and platforms, especially Lazada, as well as digital marketing tools in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and abilit to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
- A proactive and collaborative team player
