Job Description:

• Conduct assessments for elderly's pre-admission
• Conduct periodic reviews with suitable therapy treatments for Holistic Individual Care Plan
• Execute group therapy programme and activities for elderly
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
• Plan and execute group therapy programme and activities for elderly
• Plan and implement OT program for clients with Dementia, Psychiatric illness, Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions
• Review and revise programme schedule for therapy program with proper documentation
• Have knowledge of dementia issues and able to manage elderlywho display behavioral problems.
• Foster close and warm relationships with their families and caregivers

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree / Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Full registeration with APHC
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution
