Personal Assistant (Fresh Graduate)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our management team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to managers.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive business documents with discretion.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials as required.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
• Oversee general office administration and support ad hoc projects as assigned.
Key Requirements:
• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor in any field.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
