• Salary: up to $6,800 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Lead a team of 4 members to manage the business growth for the Singapore market.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to contribute to meeting sales targets and profit objectives.
• Responsible for formulating annual sales plan, budget and forecast for assigned channels and developing an action plan to achieve business objectives
• Generate insights and redefine strategy based on sales analysis, the effectiveness of promotional activities and market intelligence.
• Expand sales and distribution channel, including distributor management
• Work closely with retailers and distributor, negotiate and review trading terms and promotion schedule.
• Regular reviewing and improvement of policies and processes and develop a strategic plan
• Prepare regular management reporting

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry for Singapore Market, and leading a small team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
• Detail-oriented with strong business sense.
• Strong analytical thinking and management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
